Roles & Responsibilities
Behaviour, People & Customer:
- Ability to meet deadlines and commitment as per policy and procedure of the company, understand and respond to stations for delivering service excellence.
- Ability to understand and respond to stations for delivering service excellence.
- Coordination with the HR spocs & station managers in GS vertical for resolution of various HR related issues in the station.
- Display an attitude of feasibility in dealing with various situation.
- Department/Business/HRBP Queries and/or day to day requirement handling along with grievance management.
- To be a good team player and contribute to the team.
- Response time with Internal customers, plus any value addition towards customer centricity.
Process Management:
- Letter Preparation, All IJP, transfers, Deputation, upgradation, re-designation including salary change where applicable.
- Onboarding of new joinees to be completed along with ECN generation, Bank details & email id.
- Exit Management Preparing exit clearance pending report on weekly basis.
- Complete planning and execution of EE Calendar managing budgets, stake holders, activities.
- Quick action As soon as the grievance/query arises, it should be identified and resolved on time.
- Ensuring correct data is updated on HR systems & daily updating of trackers with accuracy.
Activity & Delivery:
- Ensuring HRIS is updated for all employees on real time basis. Manual File Updation, File Auditing, Issuance of all types of Letters.
- Daily updation of trackers for ready reference. Dashboards are prepared and reports are shared on needs basis.
- Create detailed report for payroll input New Joiners input, Transfer, IJP, Up gradations, Promotion, Fetching the attendance from HRIS portal, & Coordinating with department for on time closure of attendance and leave.
- Ensuring flawless on boarding through ZOHO HRIS, updating staff details, ECN generation, initiation of Background Verification for new joinees.
- Monthly closure of Background Verification along with providing of provisional amount.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Determining selection criteria. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels.
