Role & responsibilities:
- End to end recruitment from Manpower Requisition to mobilization.
- Sourcing profiles from different sources, head hunting.
- Screening resumes.
- Lining up interviews with SMEs, at times coordination is required.
- Collecting interview assessments from panel.
- Sending offer letter to them.
- Proposing nominations to delivery within TAT.
Should have experience in Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction (Non IT experience is Mandatory)
