Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs and present the Conversions API as the optimal solution.
- Influence the sales process by demonstrating the benefits and technical advantages of our
Conversions API over other market solutions. - Conduct detailed analysis of customers’ existing data collection and measurement practices
to identify improvement areas. - Provide strategic recommendations to customers on integrating and optimizing the
Conversions API to meet their marketing objectives. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling sales pitches and materials that
highlight the strengths of the Conversions API. - Assist customers with the technical setup and configuration of the Conversions API, ensuring
smooth implementation. - Monitor and troubleshoot any issues during the integration process, ensuring high-quality
- data collection and performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor solutions to effectively
position our Conversions API in the market. - Provide ongoing support and training to customers, ensuring they maximize the benefits of the Conversions API.
- Track and report on the progress of sales engagements and customer adoption of the
Conversions API.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, web analytics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of influencing sales processes and driving the adoption of technical
solutions. - Strong knowledge of Marketing Technologies and first-party data collection.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and other tagging platforms (Tealium, Adobe).
- Familiarity with web and API development (Javascript, JSON).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with sales and internal teams.
Preferred Qualification:
- Familiarity with event tracking and measurement solutions, such as Conversion Tracking,
- Website Demographics, and Campaign Manager.
- Experience with other Conversions API products (e.g., Meta, Snap, Pinterest).
- Knowledge of best practices for event tracking and measurement across various industries.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Sales Influence: Ability to persuasively demonstrate the value of the Conversions API to customers and influence their decision-making process.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of web analytics, digital marketing technologies, and first-party data collection methods.
- Tag Management Expertise: Experience with platforms like Google Tag Manager, Tealium, and Adobe for website data collection and management.
- API Development and Troubleshooting: Knowledge of web and API development (Javascript, JSON) and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
