Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate market trends.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
- Track sales data and maintain updated records in CRM systems.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitors’ activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduation is compulsory in BBA or MBA specialization should be in Sales and Marketing.
