Candidates with following qualifications are eligible for the position
- 2+ years of experience in a management consulting firm, investment bank, private equity, hedge fund. In addition, experience at media/entertainment/gaming/tech company in a strategy/analytical role would be preffered
- Worked in a high-expectations environment in which they’d have managed multiple stakeholders and performed complex analytics mixed with simple/digestible communication of the same
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, focus on generating results and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics. Candidates must be motivated, disciplined, flexible, and be able to work effectively autonomously
- High aptitude and enthusiasm for complex (often highly ambiguous) problem solving and utilizing financial modelling and analysis (including strong Excel skills)
- Familiarity with statistical concepts and analyses. Adept at writing, facilitating and presenting analyses
- Strong Excel skills are mandatory; Proficiency with Tableau and SQL a strong plus
- Master’s degree with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature. MBA a plus

- Creating perspective on trends of critical business drivers across industry, consumer and competition working with external and internal sources
- Driving targeted market growth projects in partnership with cross-functional teams and enable working sessions to identify execution initiative
- Supporting Portfolio Ppanning / Programming strategy for mid-to-long term planning
- Managing multiple stakeholders across Finance & Strategy, Creative and Business teams
- Regularly presenting analyses and reports on relevant operating and financial metrics in an easy-to-understand format to senior business leader
- Compiling thoughtful post-mortem analyses to determine areas for optimization and improvement
- Working cross-functionally with other Finance teams globally as well as Product, Marketing, and Consumer Insights teams
