Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales and Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and approach potential clients for life insurance products through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals).
- Present and explain life insurance products to clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by converting leads into customers.
2.Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote customer loyalty and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any issues or concerns.
- Implement strategies to retain customers and encourage renewals or upgrades of policies.
3.Loyalty Program Promotion:
- Promote and educate clients about the company’s loyalty programs and benefits.
- Engage customers through loyalty initiatives and ensure they maximize their benefits from the program.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of loyalty programs and suggest improvements.
4.Field Sales Activities:
- Conduct field visits and meetings with clients to build rapport and close sales.
- Participate in marketing events, community activities, and other outreach efforts to generate leads.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the local market and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the life insurance or BFSI industry.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and customer loyalty programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field visits as required.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
- Age must not be more than 30 years old.
