- Develop metrics and analysis that identifies the key performance drivers, strategies, and business opportunities
- Lead revenue management efforts, including overseeing monthly billing, managing bi-annual pricing responsibilities, and addressing all billing queries
- Discover and apply new technology and processes to transform how value is created throughout the team
- Create and maintain an effective internal controls environment to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
