- Ability to work shifts.
- Good oral and written communication skills. Well-versed in MS Office.
- No gaps of any kind
- Experience 0 – 1 year in relevant field.
Roles & Responsibilities
- General office maintenance \ admin tasks.
- Maintenance of employee records.
- Asset management.
- Inventory record maintenance.
- Customer support coordination voice, email and web.
- Reach out to customers via phone and email to confirm renewal of all licenses.
- Resolve order issues by providing prompt and friendly customer service.
Working Hours:
- Three shifts.
- All shifts can be worked from home with no commute to the office.
- Saturday work (As needed)
