What are the responsibilities of Data Mgmt?
- Ensuring customers are classified in line with required regulations.
- Performing on-going maintenance/refresh of existing customer data.
- Performing on-going set up and maintenance of settlement instructions in a variety of internal applicationsInteracts daily with global operations teams to ensure timely update of all settlement instructions.
- Actively monitors settlement rates to ensure instructions are being updated ccorrectly.
- Liaises with other operations teams globally to ensure new customers are opened correctly and meet local regulatory requirements prior to trading aactivity.
- Daily monitoring of account opening activity to ensure all regulatory/document requirements are mmet.
- Daily deliverable of routine and defined tasks, while developing knowledge of the broader context in which work is being performed.
- Completes all mandatory reports in a timely manner and required standardAwareness of and adherence to audit & risk controls.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
