- To develop Agency network (both fresh and from competition) in his/her area of operation.
- To train/mentor Advisors about product and process.

- Meet Customers with Channel partners for fresh sales and servicing issues.
- Conduct team meetings and give regular inputs to increase productivity of his/her team.
