- Communicating in an effective and timely manner to concerned stakeholders.
- Excellent communications skills, in order to deal with all levels of management.
- Identifying areas of improvement and facilitating improvement projects which can result in significant improvement in profitability.
- Demonstrate working and or understanding of the Financial tools/ERP Oracle R12 used and various other tools to facilitate accounting functions.
- Demonstrate knowledge of communication protocol for stakeholder groups.
- Escalate issues as and when necessary.
