Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Polices are reviewed diligently as per agreed guidelines
- Maintaining and updating the centralized inbox and tracking database regularly
- Liaising with team members and US peers to ensure all aspects of Policy are addressed
- Maintaining detailed records of communication with all parties, including changes being made on the Policies
- Working as per compliance requirements of the organization
- Extreme focus on quality with the understanding of the financial implications
- Consistently meeting service levels agreed with all relevant parties involved in the Policy checking process
- Escalate errors and breaches to the Lead
- Revert to emails in a professional manner
- Active participation in all interactions (Team huddles,stakeholder discussions, etc.)
