- Manage collections process from start to finish, ensuring timely Sales & recovery of debts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to improve sales & Collections related to payment behavior and reduce delinquencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Collections, sales, marketing) to develop strategies for improving collections performance.
- Two wheeler is mandatory and Knowing Kannada language is an added advantage.
