Job Description
- Effectively manage large amounts of inbound / outbound calls.
- Review and verify invoices, understand the issue of an invoices/payment.
- Analyse and resolve payment related issues.
- Deal directly either by telephone or email and respond promptly to vendor/internal stakeholder inquiries.
- Follow up with vendor/internal stakeholders, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed expectations.
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure.
- Exception management proactively resolve failed payments/Invoices.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Performs a variety of tasks and projects as necessary assigned by the direct supervisor in accordance with the professional experience and area of expertise.
- Ensuring that all processes used by the service desk are documented thoroughly, consistently audited, and regularly improved.
- Understands end to end Accounts Payable activities and responsibilities and acts as an SME to the team.
- Coordinating with supervisors to decide the plan for day-to-day issues/concerns.
- Working with team for volume allocation and ensuring completion of targets assigned for the day.
- Accountable for consistency of outputs both in terms of quality and timeliness.
- Acts as an internal trainer, both facilitate and conduct training programs.
- Assist Supervisors / Managers in preparing dashboard on process.
Skills and Experience:
- Approximately 1-6 years Call center experience with at least 1-5 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Willing to work in Night Shifts is mandatory.
- Strong ability to multi-task and customer service oriented.
- Strong communication (verbal/written) skills.
