Role & responsibilities
- Manage complaints received via phone call, email, and social media platforms within the defined timelines.
- Responsible for handling end to end customer escalations across all products offered by the company.
- Ensure all required information is well documented for RCA (Route cause analysis).
- Conduct in-depth investigation on customer complaints and work with internal teams to take measurable actions to avoid such incidents in future.
- Maintain MIS for all the complaints.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream with above required skills.
- 1- 4 years of experience of relevant experience Skills.
- Understanding of broking products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent telephonic etiquette.
- Problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1+ years in a customer service role in a broking industry.
- Clear, concise, and confident communicator; happy to take the lead.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues & create a team spirit.
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream with above required skills.
