Role & Responsibilities
- Cash flow management.
- Monthly accounts finalization.
- Effective communication / follow up with departmental heads.
- Assisting CFO in tax and compliance matters.
- Verifying & approving vendor invoices.
- Processing vendor payments.
- Verification and approving payroll.
- Collections from customers.
- Reconciliation of intercompany balances.
- Reconciliation of G/L accounts.
- Ensuring accuracy of billing and in a timely manner.
- Ensuring timely and correct payments to all vendors and staff.
- Sales commission.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 2 to 10 plus years of experience in a senior financial/accounting position.
- A good understanding of Accounts management obligations.
- Ability to resolve vendor/customer disputes when required.
- Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and Team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to work independently.
