Job Description
- Run a full-cycle recruiting desk for a wide range of Non IT /IT / support function roles of different levels.
- Operate as a partner and strategic advisor to hiring managers and candidates.
- Will be working on hiring in Operation, Customer support, support functions etc.
- Provide a seamless and transparent recruiting experience for all parties.
- Find talent using tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Social Media, Referrals etc.
- Candidate Management and Engaement.
- Act as a representative and champion of the Alight brand.
- Support in MIS and hiring admin tasks.
- Were Looking For People Who Have.
- Proven ability to efficiently fulfill both high volume and leadership roles for Operation and Customer support.
- A customer service focus, with the ability to influence and build strong internal and external relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in the English.
- Very good sourcing skills, with a sound understanding of Boolean searches, LinkedIn & creative recruiting tactics.
- Ability to leverage data to continuously improve recruiting practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
