Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle international customer Chats, and emails with excellent
communication skills in English. - Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and
concerns promptly. - Work on various international voice processes such as banking,
insurance, travel, and more. - Meet performance targets set by the company for quality standards and
productivity metrics. - Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 6 Months -5 years of experience in an International BPO
environment or similar industry. - Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Ability to work 24-7 flexible shifts including rotational shifts.
