Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live
chat. - Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Provide product/service information to customers.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward
customers. - Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer
satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven work experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
