Responsibilities

Calling US insurance companies requesting status of claims on patients accounts and take appropriate actions.
Ensuring that the deliverables to the client adhere to the company’s quality standards.
Understanding client requirements and specifications of the project.
Ensuring each patient’s medical information is accurate and up-to date.
Maintain Excel and Reports as per the company’s regulation.

Skills Required

Freshers (Arts & Science / BE ) can apply for this position(2021,2022,2023,2024 Passed Out).
Excellent communications skills (English Language)
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Should be flexible and adaptable towards work.
Knowledge and ability to use computer systems.
