Roles & Responsibilities

Candidate would be responsible for Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting,
Interviewing the resources as per the client requirements. -
Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to
attract top talent. -
Coordinate with the Account managers to get a feedback on the
interviewed candidate.
