Business Executive
- Sourcing new customers and retaining existing customers.
- Attending to customer queries/grievances and ensure prompt service
- Ensuring proper field investigation such as documentation, stamping and other formalities pre and post disbursement of cases
- Actively participating in sales promotion activities
Collection Executive
- Field investigation of the cases forwarded by business executives.
- Making collection efficient.
- Collection of dues from the customers.
- Developing personal loan and refinance business through existing customers.
- Collecting pending post disbursement documents from customers.
