Walk-in-Interview Details
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand the end-to-end insurance business.
- Analyze and insert data into systems/databases.

Process requests based on various rules (both subjective and objective
judgement involved). - Issue policies or invoices on behalf of the client.
- Support the team by processing various tasks in the policy life cycle.

Operate process and ensure complete. adherence to defined Service
Level Agreements. - Productivity.
- Turn-around-time.
- Accuracy.
- Timely maintenance of the various work trackers.
Qualification and Experience:
- 0-5 years of expertise in property and casualty insurance.
- Basic excel knowledge such as using VLOOKUP and running pivots.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Customer orientation to meet/exceed the expectations and requirements
of customers. -
Planning and organizing skills to ensure deliveries within defined
timelines with accuracy. - Good problem solving skills.
- Good presentation skills.
