Walk-in-Interview Details
Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Claims Adjudication Operations.
- Proficiency in CPT, HCPC, ICD-10 codes, UB-04 & CMS-1500.
- Ability to review medical records, physician notes, EOBs, and COBs.
- Skills in calculating patient responsibility and processing payments or denials.
- Ability to write, speak and comprehend in English.
- Ability to understand claim related documents and make deductions on member history.
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM.
