Walk-in-Interview Details
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring KPIs for scaled operations using reports, performance dashboards and system generated anomaly alerts.
- Analyzing real-time performance data against business standards and identifying issues in performance.
- Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of anomalies detected for any underlying performance issue and Providing conclusion and report on details of driver, leading indicator and affected metrics.
- Observing performance of specific systems and workflowstreams, evaluate the information collected, and provide reports on any incidents that occur.
- Escalate gaps, issues identified, bugs and outages, to respective leads for business continuity response
- Trigger Next Best Actions (NBAs) based on business objectives and policies
- Measure, and report SLA performance for the different teams and functional areas.
Skills Required:
- 1-5 years of customer service experience in a Command Center work environment
- Good computer skills such as Data Entry, and programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to use multiple software applications simultaneously with demonstrated knowledge of working over internet and successfully navigating websites
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience in data analytics, visualization, and reporting.
- Advance MS Excel Skills
