Roles & Responsibilities

Taking Incoming calls of customers and capturing important details in
the system. - Understand the customer’s query and provide resolution.
- Document accurately.

Doing Outbound calls to customers and attending to their queries and
helping them take consultations with doctors.
Skills Required

Good verbal and written Communication Skills (Hindi, Basic English
& No MTI Issue). -
Good in customer dealing (Know about Customer Service, Online Shopping
Portals). - Knowledge of Computer, Basic Typing.
- Good Interpersonal Skills (Positive attitude, Negotiation Skills).
- Sales driven (Know basic selling skills on call)
- Listening skills.
- Awareness about digital payments platforms.
