Responsibilities
- Customer Service background will be recommended.
- Out-bond and inbound calls as per the leads received from support teams.
- Should have the capability to solve the Queries.
Requirement:
- Good communication skills. (Fluency in English, Hindi is required).
- Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
- Should be able enough to handle irate customers.
- Should be able to understand customers complaints.
