SM is expected to generate business in the Secured Business Finance
/Solar Finance/ SME finance and also manage Collections for the
allocated customers. - Responsible for setting up the distribution network for Solar loan.

Relationship Management: Managing a very strong relationship with CAs
& Connectors to generate leads and business. - Good selling Skills.
- Should be able to manage collection along with sales.

Needs to have basic understanding of Financials to offer the right
product with the right.
