Manage online front-end operations to ensure smooth customer
interactions. -
Identify and integrate upselling opportunities into customer
interactions. - Adapt sales pitches based on customer responses and needs.

Prioritize customer satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues or
concerns.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

2-12 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an
international voice process. -
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a
neutral accent. - Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
