- Initiate returns as per the SOP.
- Tracking of return shipments.
- Return tracking till CN is issued.
- Partial delivery tracking as per the request.
- Lost shipment tracking.
- Collection of POD.
- Matching of the POD as per the dispatch records.
- Wrong delivery tracking and timely escalations.
- Fright bill audit: Audit as per the current. contracts with carrier.
- Track and trace reporting.
- Cost review data from fright bills.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly data.
- Volume tracker, monthly freight analysis.

Monthly KPI reporting and maintenance. attending weekly operational
review calls. - Daily update and sharing Inbound/ Outbound tracking report.
- Follow-up with internal/ external stakeholders.
- Maintaining the MIS report and sharing weekly, monthly update.
