Branch Manager Job Description –

Will be responsible for meeting the branch targets of all financial
products which includes Gold Loans and other cross sell products. -
Responsible for monitoring daily activities of Team – SRO & RO in
terms of Leads Generated & New Customer Acquisition. -
Drive & participate in field-marketing activities along with the
team to improve the brand visibility & generate leads for new
customer acquisition in catchment area. -
Drive & ensure continuous customer engagement through various
channels. -
Will be responsible for maintaining quality portfolio by tracking
& controlling ROI. -
Will be responsible for strong follow up for interest collections to
keep NPAs in control. -
Will be responsible for coaching, mentoring & training the team
and also providing timely feedback on their performance and motivating
them to achieve targets. - Desired Candidate Profile –

Candidate with minimum 7 Years of experience in Banking &
Financial services can be looked at for the role. - Prior Gold Loan & Team Handling experience will be preferred.
Assistant Branch Manager & Gold Valuer Job Description :
-
Attend walk-In customers and address their issues w.r.t. Gold Loan
process & various schemes offered at Capri. -
Conduct Gold Valuation & responsible for correct identification of
Gold Purity. -
Responsible for proper packing & storage of Gold / Gold Packets
after disbursal. Handover of Gold ornaments after loan closure. -
Manage cash (System + Physical) during Loan Disbursal, Interest
Collection & Loan Closure etc. -
Create new CUID in system & modifications in LOS during Disbursal,
Part Release / Payments & Loan Closure. -
Maintain branch registers as per the guidelines – Key / Cash / Packet
Movements, Staff & Customer Visits etc. -
Ensure proper collection & storage of Customer documents / KYC
etc. -
Ensure to follow up with customers for timely collection of due
interests & principle as & when applicable. -
Ensure good customer service experience while pledging / releasing
/interest payment transactions etc. - Desired Candidate Profile (ABM & GV) –
- Candidate with minimum 3 Years in BFSI can be looked at for the role.
- Prior Gold valuation experience of 1 Year is a must.
