Job Description (RTR)
- Must have relevant experience in General Ledger Accounting, Treasury Accounting, Bank Reconciliations, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations, reviewing Journals, Fixed Assets Accounting, Month End close activities, etc.
- Relevant experience in finance operations work with expertise in [RTR] / GL/Reporting related processes in a BPO/Shared Services environment
- Experience in SAP ERP environment SAP in a multi country environment with Shared service exposure.
- Prior Experience in manufacturing / service industry / Equipment provider
- Required good knowledge on MS Excel, MS Access, Macros.
- Ensuring timely review and closure of open items before closure as per Month end activity for GL and Fixed Assets Sub ledger closure and reconciliations as applicable.
Job Description (OTC)
- Accounts Receivables, Cash Application, and allocation
- Collections connecting with customers through emails and phone.
- Understanding on Credit Management
- Credit Insurance and follow-up.
- Forecasting of cash flows
- Order approvals.
- Other Monthly Reporting
- Good written and verbal communication
- Hands on working knowledge of SAP is preferrable.
