- Providing Ads Troubleshooting
- Providing email and outbound call support Services
- Account optimization, and efficient issue resolution and personalized resolutions for Ad Campaigns for Search, Display, Video, Shopping and App
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Social media and Digital marketing knowledge
- Familiarity with ad operations, Ad optimization and monetization tools.
- Should be able to look at reports and numbers derive meaningful inferences
