- Loan recovery/Collections.
- Making awareness calls to the customers regarding repayment of loans.
- Following up with the customers regarding payment.
- Provide the required customer support, timely and accurate collections
- Adhere to the process of collections

Responsible for managing the Collections, conducting periodic reviews,
and recommending collection settlements & also managing collection
legal cases and collection agencies for recoveries.
Skills Required
- Excellent Communication skills in English and Local Language.
