Responsibilities
- Sourcing suitable candidates through job portals and job postings.
- Screening the CVs of the candidates and shortlisting the suitable candidates based on their experience and interest in the role.
- Coordinating with the business for the panel availability, and coordinating the interviews.
- Scheduling the interviews of the shortlisted candidates as per the availability of the panel slots.
- Maintaining a personal tracker with candidate’s information and interview milestones.
