Walk-in-Interview Details
Responsibilities
- Sourcing suitable candidates through job portals and job postings.

Screening the CVs of the candidates and shortlisting the suitable
candidates based on their experience and interest in the role. -
Coordinating with the business for the panel availability, and
coordinating the interviews. -
Scheduling the interviews of the shortlisted candidates as per the
availability of the panel slots. -
Maintaining a personal tracker with candidate’s information and
interview milestones.
Skills Required
- In-Depth Knowledge of IT Roles, technologies and skillsets.

Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify and
attract passive candidates. -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to
build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. -
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and
prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. -
Experience with application tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment
tools. -
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to
detail.
