Walk-in-Interview Details

Responsibilities

Responsible for examining the search packages and understand the overview of search
Able to understand the various title documents related to nationwide states and key the documents in respective fields
Must have good typing skills with accuracy of 100% and minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
Ability to identify the Hits and Misses from the completed search

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of the Title Insurance/Mortgage process
Identifying vesting Deed and keying
Evaluate the chain of Title and keying
Keying Tax information
Examine the Liens and Judgments provided in the search package and key
