Responsibilities
- Acquire new Demat and Trading accounts with a minimum margin per account.
- Retaining the old clients by periodic meetings.
- Actively prospect and engage in client acquisition efforts to grow the business.
- Build deep relationships with clients, identify their investment goals, and offer solutions that best match their needs.
- Perform regular portfolio reviews to ensure client investment objectives are met.
- Creation of revenue & Activation of clients through effective Advisory.
- Cross-selling of other products like Equity Basket, SIP, Mutual fund, PMS, Bonds, Insurance.
- Handling Queries & complains of client’s & solving it within TAT.
- Profiling clients by conducting in depth review of client’s financial requirements, analyzing information & recommending portfolios.
Skills
- Minimum 1 Year experience in client acquisition with a stock broking firm.
- Graduate/Post Graduate / NISM / NCFM as applicable.
- Knowledge of lending, asset management, and insurance products.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and manage contracts
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and improve service offerings.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
