Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases,
including functional, integration, regression, and performance
testing.
Identify, prioritise, and report software defects and anomalies,
working closely with the development team to resolve issues in a
timely manner.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand
product requirements and specifications, providing valuable input
on testability and user experience.
Design and implement automated test scripts and frameworks to
streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
Conduct thorough validation of AI models and algorithms, ensuring
accuracy, robustness, and compliance with industry standards and
best practices.
Participate in product design and code reviews to identify
potential quality issues and recommend enhancements or
optimizations.
Manage incoming user queries regarding product, onboard users,
provide support. Provide proactive and timely support and guidance
to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application, or similar degree
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the
ability to interact with customers at all levels
Tech-savvy with a solid understanding and interest in email
marketing and emerging technologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced and dynamic environment
Passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and excited
to be part of a growing and innovative company.
Candidates must have completed at least one internship and
possess experience in Quality assurance / Technical customer
support.
