Senior Consultant – Pune
Qualifications required – BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT/CS), BCom, MCom, MBA
Responsibilities
Establish, execute and monitor implementation plan within Infor M3 suite or technology
Develop functional/technical solution & configuration that matches client requirements and design specifications
Work within project teams to help create custom software applications to address client business needs
Assist Infor customers with successful implementations of Infor solution suites with the M3 ERP solution as the foundation – both in the cloud and on premise.
Act in a consulting role on assigned projects.
Provide in depth application and business consultation in targeted processes.
Skills Required
Finance experience in at least one industry segment: Food and Beverage, Chemicals, Equipment, Service Management & Rental, Fashion, Distribution and Manufacturing.
Full lifecycle implementation experience using M3 or other financial applications
The Finance Consultant will have an in depth understanding of Finance business processes including: GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets and/or costing
Good interpersonal skills for internal and external communication.
Excellent data and information researching skills and be enthusiastic about contributing to team projects.
Well-developed IT skills experience in a project orientated environment
Cloud Consultant – Hyderabad
Qualifications required – BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT/CS)
Responsibilities
You will support Cloud/Hosted customers on IBM I (AS400) in 24×7 model in major areas like OS400 (operating system 400) administration, technical administration of three ERP applications (LX, System21 and XA), upgrades (H/W and S/W) and migrations (H/W and S/W).
In addition to the above major functions, you will also support Cloud customers on IBM I (AS400) work, user, Job, spool file and backup management.
You will also support disaster recovery tests, patch management (Operating System & ERP application) and data refresh from source to target environment (production to test).
Skills Required
Good written and communication skills
Good troubleshooting skills on OS400 issues like printers, writers, analyse messages, Startup issues, application issues etc
Good knowledge on monitoring tools
Good knowledge on Job schedulers (IBM Native or Robot)
Good knowledge on Backup and restores.
Development Operations Engineer – Ahmedabad
Qualifications required – BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT/CS)
Responsibilities
Architect, design and support continuous integration and delivery pipeline.
Drive technical innovation and efficiency in cloud infrastructure operations via automation
Support development and QA teams in their deployment efforts as needed.
Open change tickets as needed to facilitate release automation processes
Become thoroughly familiar with all compliance and security requirements, adhering to all policy and standards, adapting to CI/CD platform as needed.
Ensure pipeline platforms are redundant and backed up as needed.
Communicate effectively and appropriately, deferring to management on communicating with external teams as needed.
Attend departmental, project and general meetings and effectively represent current status as appropriate.
Participate in company provided training and perform independent training and research as appropriate.
Install system patches and application updates as directed.
Assist in other production support efforts as needed.
Participate in an on-call support rotation for providing after-hours support.
Where possible, design and/or automate yourself out of any of the above duties.
Familiar with Databases like SQL server, MongoDB
