Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute day to day financial transactions, including
invoices, purchase orders, and petty cash expenses. - Preparing accurate and timely financial reports when required.
- Creating organized records and files to assist in tax preparation.
- Managing Payments and receipts and maintaining Bank reconciliation.

Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements and
maintain proper documentation. - Handling Employee claims as per company norms.

Managing general accounting functions, including journal entries,
month end accruals and ledger maintenance. -
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
and integrity. - Handling records of monthly payroll and administrative tasks.
Skills Required
- End to end accounting knowledge.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and efficiently.
