• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses, supporting
  client projects and engagements.
• Participate in the assessment of the client’s financial processes and
  systems, under the direction of more senior team members.
• Work closely with team members in the planning and execution of
  financial audits.
• Help maintain the firm’s financial records and documentation ensuring it
  is up to date and accurate.
• Observe and assist in various financial operations, learning practical
  skills in financial management.
• Contribute to the identification of potential improvements in financial
  processes and systems.
• Adhere to all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Support and learn from other team members, actively engaging in
  knowledge sharing practices.

• Work closely with a Senior to provide engagement management support for
  client
• Support client facing teams in Americas, EMEIA and Asiapac in providing
  timely and accurate information of the engagement to the client
  headquarters
• Monitor and control activities leading up to fulfilment of compliance
  and regulatory obligations of the clients by BTS professionals across
  countries
• Monitor engagement status, issues and potential risks that can impact
  engagement
• Provide situational analysis and solutions for mitigating issues &
  risks in an engagement Coordination & Control
• Work with teams across the globe to understand the status of the filings
  for client
• Understand processes and dependencies in meeting obligations of the
  filings in countries
• Understand the functioning of the engagement tools involved in global
  service delivery
• Ensure engagement management tools are maintained real time for client
  headquarters to access and understand their tax and accounts filling
  status across the globe
• Modify tools to reflect status of the engagement real time by working
  with the local country teams Reporting
• Provide engagement status on a periodic basis highlighting risks and
  issues and achievements
• Understand queries from client facing teams and work with local EY
  professionals for solutions

  stakeholders informed of status and activities
• Acts as a liaison between the client teams, other members of the Risk
  Management team
• Performs a self-review of the results prior to submitting to the project
  managers
• Flags issues/potential challenges to the project managers at an
  appropriate time so that timely action can be initiated
• Learn the firm structure, business strategies and service lines of the
  firm
• Builds a network of people within Risk Management and across the firm
• Completes all assigned projects/tasks in line with the standard
  operating procedures
• Decipher complex data and deliver information through effective
  reporting mechanisms

• Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication (both verbal
  and written) skills in English
• Should possess good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc
• An individual who can perform multi-tasking, needs to be dynamic and
  should be able to toggle between different processes
• Should be open to working in a fast-paced/flexible environment
• Should be able to work independently and should be self-motivated
• Should work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Candidates with exposure to handling international customers/client
  interaction would be preferred
