Assistant Manager – Direct Tax – Hyderabad, Gurugram

Qualification- CMA / CA Inter / B. Com/ CA/MBA

Job Description

  • Independently manage regular TDS/TCS compliances with guidance from
    senior.
  • Support in preparing form 15CB for foreign remittances.
  • Having basic experience in preparation and filing of TDS returns
  • Having limited experience of using SAP for the purpose of understanding
    data/details from client.
  • Good with using Microsoft excel.
  • Reconciliations of expenses/income with ledger accounts. 
  • Graduate or semi qualified (not pursuing any education).
  • Preparation of transfer pricing reports to be maintained as
    contemporaneous documentation.
  • Preparation and filing of accountant’s report in Form 3CEB stating the
    cross-border transactions.
  • Conducting benchmarking studies using Indian / foreign databases.
  • Drafting of submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective
    tax authorities.
