Job Description
Responsibilities
- Achieve key financial targets, including NSV, gross margin, overheads, profitability, ROI, and value share.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers and distributors, positioning yourself as the primary contact within the territory.
- Implement occasion-based price pack architecture to improve the product mix.
- Ensure the effective implementation of annual price increases.
- Optimize promotional plans throughout the year by implementing ROI strategies and goals.
- Contribute to shaping the channel and portfolio strategy for the territory.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with customers to gather feedback for product and service improvements and address operational questions/issues.
- Develop short-term and long-term sales strategies for the region based on consumer insights and market understanding, while managing budgets and price plans.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
- Drive a pay-for-performance approach with key customers.
Skills Required
- Possess commercial experience, preferably in the beverages, FMCG, or alco-bev industry; experience in the drinks and lifestyle category is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintaining and leveraging relationships with key customers, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and possess firsthand on-premises sales experience.
- Being proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering results, constantly seeking improvement.
- Exhibit a strong consumer focus, creating positive first impressions and building great relationships with customers.
- Show resilience by overcoming challenges and remaining calm under pressure.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, always seeking new ways to achieve better results.
