Job Description
Analyst – Homeowners Insurance Review
Responsibilities
- Obtain required insurance documents from customers and/or their
insurance agents - Review required documentation to ensure compliance with investor
insurance eligibility guidelines. - Communicate clearly and concisely with insurance agents to seek needed
clarification or resolve inquiries - Balance high productivity with high quality
- Serve as escalation point and subject matter expert for teammates in
coordination, underwriting, and post-closing
Skills Required
- Prior real estate, mortgage, and/or insurance experience required
- Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and Non-Conforming
insurance guidelines strongly preferred - Ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities with tight
deadlines - Initiative to suggest ideas for process and technology
improvements - Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Effective verbal and written communication/presentation skills in
English - Proficiency in analyzing documents and meticulous attention to detail
- Focused & detail oriented
- Team-player that is passionate about helping their teammates and
providing the best possible experience for our customers. - Open to coaching, feedback, and mentoring
- Willingness to perform repetitive job duties with long-term goal of
becoming a collateral subject matter expert and/or potential for
lateral/upward job movement
