Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer issues.
- Handling customer concerns and complaints promptly.
- Catering to customer phone calls and diverting the call to the relevant department for a more advanced form of query resolution
- Establishing a positive rapport with all customers via Calls
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand areas services need improvements
Skills Required
- Good communication skills required.
- Able to work in rotational Shifts.
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Typing speed & accuracy of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
