Job Description
Telecaller
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to potential customers (200 calls daily)
- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
- Promoting products or services over the phone
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Assist with market research.
- Update sheets and CRM systems regularly.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Hindi and English
- Good Communication Skills
- participate daily Audio meetings with screen sharing for training
purposes - Candidates must have a Laptop, Android phone, and good internet.
- Must be enthusiastic about learning new tasks and open to changes in
team. - strong work ethic.
