IT Recruiter
Responsibilities
- Draw search plans for client requisitions to build a candidate pipelines
- Build and strengthen client relationships to be able to streamline and
improve service delivery - Manage candidate pool effectively to increase utility rate across
multiple customers - Build market intelligence on specific industry verticals to assist
sourcing and client advisory activities - Manage a team of consultants to ensure on-time deliverables and customer
delight - Ensure overall productivity and efficiency within the team
- Engage Sr. candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities
and client organizations - Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and
headhunt passive job seekers
Skills Required
- Must have 0.3 – 2 years of experience in recruitment in corporate or
consulting firms. - Must have experience in Service Delivery Management , Candidate
Management , Market Mapping , etc. - Knowledge in IT roles and technologies.
- Excellet Communication Skills
- Ability to Build relationships within the IT community.
- Excellent Sourcing Techniques to find potential candidates.
- Time Management skills
- Shift Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM
