Job Description
QA Engineer
Responsibilities
- Ability to Design, develop, and maintain scalable test plans for finance
functions, including forecasting, invoicing, billing and financial
reporting systems - Experience with quality engineering practices, including test planning,
test case development, and test automation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze
business needs, and translate them into test scenarios. - Should be able to perform rigorous testing by creating large data sets,
conduct back-end testing, and validate information as it flows through
the system. - Assist developers, support reps, and product managers in debugging
issues. - Re-test and verify the bugs/issues that have been fixed.
- Experience with languages – Java/Golang, automation tools and
frameworks, such as Selenium, Postman API, GoDog, Xunit, Junit, or
similar. - Strong SQL proficiency to ensure efficient data retrieval, manipulation,
and analysis.
- Ability to Design, develop, and maintain scalable test plans for finance
Skills Required
- Experience in manual and automation testing.
- Knowledge of Java Programming (data types, variables, operators, flow
control statements, methods (built-in as well as user-defined),
Exception handling, File Handling, Database Operations, and OOPS
concepts. - Experience in MySQL/PgSQL.
- Experience in Selenium and Jmeter.
