Responsibilities

Collection of over dues from the delinquent customers for the assigned
portfolio, prioritizing collections as per the pendency and bucketing
list received -
Follow up with customers for over due account settlement with special
emphasis on collection of multiple EMIs for bringing the account to
regular. - Serving notices and assisting in closure of the cases
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills.
- Determined, detail oriented, and proactive individual.
